Looks-wise, sure. But, as I understand, it has a few pretty nice features
that distinguish it from other trucks in it's class....plus the Honda
reliability factor.
I'm not a "truck guy", but it seems to be suitable for the requirements that
most folks have for 1/2-ton pickups like an F150 or a 1500 GMC or whatever
the base Silverado is. Friends of mine with trucks & SUVs tow things that
these type of vehicles can easily handle.

Motor Trend also named the Ridgeline Truck of the Year. I don't see what's
so original about it, looks like an Explorer Sports Trac with a longer bed.
