[Shotimes] steering rack

Guys

My '93 steering gets real hard to turn when cold. After 140,000 miles, do you
think that my rack may need to be replaced- how big a job is that?? I guess I
should acknowledge that (gulp) its never been flushed, and I wonder if this
may be a good idea first??

Any thoughts???????
