[Shotimes] Rod shifter maintenance

Carl;
I dissasembled my 100k mile rod shifter and greased it internally, inside
the main black box (only 4 screws).
Shifting is much smoother & lighter now.
I believe the exhaust dries the old grease out, heat shield not
withstanding.
