Assuming your caliper is still good, there are a few possible
culprits. (1) E-brake cable. Easy to check, simply release the cable
from the lever on the caliper. If the problem goes away with the
cable released, it's the cable. (2) Caliper slide pins. I know your
caliper is relatively new, but check and make sure the boots are in
good condition (and in the proper position) and that there's plenty of
slide pin grease in the boot. (3) Rubber brake lines. These have
been known to swell over time. When swollen the pressure of the fluid
will still make it to the caliper but will have a hard time getting
back through. The result is the caliper will remain engaged.
