If it's a Gen 1 in particular, let's not forget a lazy return spring in the
brake booster. Easy fix - add a supplementary return spring between brake
pedal and dash.
How to determine? Slow for a stop (away from traffic) and with foot off
pedal see if rear brakes are dragging. If they are, pull up on pedal with
toe of foot hooked underneath. If pedal comes up and brakes are no longer
dragging you've found the problem
