[Shotimes] Brake dragging

[Leigh Smith]

I've had the swollen hose problem 3 times and the e-brake cable one once. I
would suspect the frequency of occurance is very environment sensitive.
Probably related to the amount of road salt used in certain areas, as well
as age and heat and probably other things.
