[Shotimes] Brake dragging

I reported one of the first instances of a rear flexible
line swelling shut. Actually, it is the steel bracket that
holds the line to the strut that lets iron/rust migrate
through the rubber.

I actually removed that bracket and cut the hose in half to
find the exact spot where the line was blocked, and it was
right at the bracket, with the rubber discolored all the way
through.

The sure-fire test is to see if you can bleed the caliper.
If not, then remove the hose from the caliper and try
again, still no fluid or just a drop or two? Then I will be
that 99.9% of the time it is the hose.

Had lots of them reported here and elsewhere over the years.
It isn't the problem all the time, but when one caliper is
dragging it is strong suspect along with the e-brake cables
or maybe the caliper itself.

Mine happened at about 140,000 miles. Being in the rust
belt would make this happen more often probably, but I have
heard of it throughout the country.
