Wait. Were you in YOUR lane before or after he hit
you? If you were already in the lane, then you go
after this guy. Chances are your car will be totaled,
but you will get some $$$ out of it. My car would've
been totaled with my fender-bender (no pun intended)
in Jan, but the insurance companies said no fault cuz
I was on ice and couldn't stop, and the chick who hit
me just kept backing up...yeah.
ANYWHO, the question is: Were you in your lane or were
you still in the middle of the road pulling into your
lane?
If you do end up getting something for your car, would
you be interested in buying another used SHO? ;-) You
could have mine! CHEAP! It's even getting fixed this
week/next week. (Thanks for the kind offer George! I
still might take you up on it! But you prolly won't
have to do any bodywork!)
