[Shotimes] subwoofer Foam Surrond Replacement

I have this exact setup. I'm not convinced that it's working 100% though.
Everything works, but it doesn't sound particularly loud. With the
windows open, I have to play the stereo on almost max.
I've been told the amps are inline, so you either hear music or you don't.
It almost seems like like the amps are "tired". Now to be fair, both the
rear deck speakers and the sub are 8 ohms, which is probably not correctly
matched to the amps, but 6 ohm speakers aren't always easy to come by.
