Not to give you bad thoughts, but if you go with a Jasper engine, make damn
sure you follow all the guidelines and keep all the paperwork!!
I have always heard good things about Jasper engines, however, my husband
Andy and I in the past, had an experience with them that will make us not
use them again. We had to have an engine replaced in one of our Jeeps, and
unfortunately the one they sent us malfunctioned a few months down the line.
We had another one sent, and, the same thing started to happen again. It
gets to a point when you get tired of installing and taking out an engine,
and just how many times can you have failures? We decided that they don't
have great quality after all.
Sorry for the "not so happy" news. Just make darn sure you check out ALL of
your options first!
