My only thoughts on that were that folks had their fill of Big Buck, and
maybe wanted to eat somewhere else, but it would work, as I'm sure they
could fit us in that bar area.
There is one other place that Dudek & I stop in for an occasional brew. It
is the Wooden Eagle in Lake Orion, about halfway between Lapeer and Big Buck
(right on M24 Lapeer Road, on the way back to Big Buck, across from the Home
Depot). Thinking of it now, they actually have a smaller dining area apart
from the main dining area. Actually, they share the parking lot with a
newly-refurbished Best Western hotel.
Have to talk Ryan into checking it out!!
Ron Porter.

I am more than open to suggestions for a restaurant that can take 20-30
people at 7 PM on a Saturday night, and have us sit sorta together. And, be
a decent mid-price place with a wide-ranging menu.
For as much as I like the Hamlin Pub(s), I guess I don't see the group
fitting in the one in Lake Orion.

why not just chow at the Buck??? It's pricing isn't all that bad.
