[Shotimes] Throwout bearing question

I'm working on my rear wheel drive SHO engine car.  I'm trying to mate the
Aerostar slave cylinder to the SHO throwout bearing.  Does anyone know who
make a SHO throwout bearing with a plastic inner sleeve?  I'm told it has
ribs, the ribs are what I need to file down to make fit the slave cylinder.
My t/o I got from RockAuto has a metal inner.  I'm not sure if it's the right
part...  Thanks
