[Shotimes] how to change cams?

Ok... um, I managed to get ahold of a set of 3.0 cams, and I want to 
install them in my 3.2. In general terms, how do I do this? Do I have to 
take the timing belt off? Obviously I have to take the intake and the 
valve covers off (duh), but what else needs to happen? are there any 
write-ups on this? I searched shotimes but didn't find anything useful. 
Can anybody tell me like how much time I'm looking at? I have access to 
the base hobby shop, so air tools, all that are available. Thanks!
