Bingo. The HD diplays are the only things I can edit on all day and not
have a headache at the end of the day.
In video, the highest quality NTSC monitors (reference) are still CRT, and
not LCD, plasma, etc. But for editing video, you are only dealing with
720x480 pixels in terms of "seeing" it on the computer. So a CRT isn't
going to make it look any better. Besides your final video output is
monitored not on the computer, but a separate NTSC monitor.
