[Shotimes] how to change cams?

Low-end torque for feather-foots around town who never see redline..
But as ay folks have found, 3.0 cams in an ATX work very well for folks that
stick their foot into the throttle on a regular basis.

Look at it this way. If the 3.0L cams were good to begin with, why did
Yamaha/Ford design new cams for the 3.2L automatic?
