[Shotimes] Gen2 console in a Plus

I used to think I like the gen 2 a lot more, but now having 2 SHOs with
one of each, it doesn't really matter either way.  In one sense, the gen 1
console makes the SHO feel more "open".  I've converted the cassette
holder to an iPod holder.  The two rear cupholders are used for storage
when I need that, and behind that spot I've added 2 12V power outlets.

If you're selling the car, I would have thought using original parts would
be more correct.
