Interesting. We had a discussion about this, as it was on a straight into a
RH turn, which would seem odd to cut to the inside of a corner. Consensus
seems to be that the rear of the car got light, and they had the wheel
turning right for the RH turn when they hit the brakes, so the rear end got
loose and the car rotated clockwise off the track, into the wall.

Obviously "driver error"!!
