[Shotimes] yet another tire/rim question

Going to buy some Team Dynamics Pro Race II wheels (the one that Josh had at
the '04 convention).  I am trying to figure out which size rim & tire would
work best.  They will be going on my '91 Plus.  It has Tokicos/Eibachs and
will hopefully be getting a brake upgrade.

I have the option of either the 17x7 or the 16x7.  I do not want to trim away
any of the lip on the body.  What do you all think?

Suggestions are appreciated, smart ass remarks are too!
