[Shotimes] Q: vented rear rotors for a 95?

Different opinions, but my experience & opinion is that the solid rear rotor
setup works just fine on the track with the '96 front upgrade, and with the
bias pugs that make the rears actually do some work.
Immediately after a track session at Blackhawk, the front calipers were
700F, the rears 550F, and I've never warped, nor had any other issues, with
the rear solid rotors.
Combined with the limited availability of pads that fit the early-style
calipers with the vented rotors, I can see no benefit to the swap.

Subject: [Shotimes] Q: vented rear rotors for a 95?
Hi,
I saw it mentioned in the forum that the G1s had vented rear rotors.
I have a 95 and I'm planning on replacing my rotors and was wondering
if I could get some of those instead. Is there any benefit? Is it
a simple swap or do I need need calipers/brackets/etc.??
Thanks,
Ed Mazurek
