Paul,

            The first thing you need to do is heat it with a torch, propane
is better as its is easier to control. If you stripped it with an allen tool
then it needs to be heated before you use anything else. Get the bolt itself
as hot as you can without damaging anything around/behind it. After heating
it, sears sells some stripped bolt removal tools that work great for your
situation. If you have ever heated stuck fasteners you will know how easy
they are to remove afterwards.
