The SLOs from that era had stainless steel moldings. Get those.

In case you had not noticed, anytime you see an old rusty Gen 1 SLO around
Detroit, the moldings still look good!

Well that pretty much sums it up. I'm looking for the 4 strips that hold 
the plastic on the GEN I doors mine happen to be black but color is not 
that important as the car is going in for body and paint work. BUT RUST 
FREE IS A MUST.
