Hardy har....

Allright, i have used both koni's and eibachs for 2 years or so, then the
struts just straught up failed on me. I did not like the longevity of theses
struts...plus living in NJ is rough on your suspension, especially up north.

I have moogs and monroes on all 4 now.....its a decent ride, with the proper
bushing it CAN corner.....but i must say, i have recently aquired another
set of KONIS at a cheap price and i might go ahead and install them on with
the moogs....

The extra dampening force of a stronger strut, i think would be a nice
combination, but experiments tell and i didnt try it yet.

My moogs are the ones that Kenny (Notsoslowsho) uses...For the first gen.
http://hosting.superhighoutput.com/notsoslowsho/moog_cc_springs.htm

The monroes and the MOOGS were purchased at the local NAPA....

The ride comfort i think is much better than the KONI/EIBACHS although you
got to keep in mind that i live in an area where grand canyon size potholes
exist...If i lived in FLORIDA i wouldnt hesitate to keep the KONI/EIBACH
COMBO..

The Delrins i think just shook my car apart, i would probably try the
Eibach/KONI combo if i were you ( i wanna try the gen3 subframe bushings)...

All in all, You couldnt get the grin off my face driving the KONI/Eibach
combo but be prepared to replace those struts....i am not happy with their
lifespan...

I will probably try the MOOGS And Koni's soon, but nothing beats the look of
a lowered SHO........ignoring the massive bumpsteer i use to get.

If you do decide to go with the KONI/Eibachs....do this,

- Change the strut mounts with reinforced ones
- Regrease or get new Strut bearings for the front
- Get New TPR Strud Rod Bushings rear and front
- NEW BOLTS FOR THE STRUTS!!!! (VERY IMPORTANT)
- and i would def. consider raising the power steering rack while your in
there.....( i havent tried it but i hear it is a good fix for the bumpsteer)

Bottom line, dont ignore the bushings.....i did...big mistake
Thats the first thing i would do.

If you want a decent stock ride get the monroe / MOOGS.....but i must
say...a stronger strut would benefit you...
I can see this car handling as if it were on rails with KONIS AND
MOOGS.....plus, NO fear of bottoming out....and no bumpsteer (relatively).

Sorry for the inconsistency in the post.....trying to answer everything i
can think of...and not sound like im full of fecality.

Frank Costa and the "Silver Bullet" soon to be a 3.2
