[Shotimes] MAFs

I decided to get logical and knowing that MAFs for the SHO can often 
come from the mustang or the Mark VIII, I just searched for MAFs for a 
mustang, and found a pro-m or pro-flow (one of those) MAF @75mm  for a 
mustang with the 24# calibration. Will this work for the SHO? (I have a 
chip and can get it reburnt if need be)

Also, after changing my front suspension out, I am now noticing a 
popping noise that I can both hear and feel every time I turn the wheel 
to the right when moving (it's coming from the left wheel) and also when 
I go over moderate bumps. What might this be, and how soon should I get 
it up on a lift to look at it? i.e. will my wheel fall off? As usual, 
thanks for any answers...
