Quaife, tighter springs & Konis, DRs, and a few other suspension tweaks can
solve that!!
I like high-rpm engines, but I also like good street "jumps". Besides, you
don't need to go nuts on the boost. Getting a good low-end torque curve
would make for nice drivability.
It's what I love on my current ride!!

I'm not sure I agree. For an MTX FWD car, any more low RPM TQ you may
gain with the roots-type blower would be wasted due to lack of first
gear traction, IMO.

Roots-type is the only way to go. No offense to the centrifugal people,
but centrifugal is just not proper for a heavy car with small cubes and
no real gearing options.
