Don't know what other mods you have, but the MAF is the "last" thing to
change for bolt-ons. Do the y-pipe and UDPs first, then worry about a MAF.
The stock 55mm does not give up much performance that you can feel.

And, spend the $$$ for a calibrated Pro-flow MAF, preferably the 75mm that
works with the stock airbox. You can screw around with other combos that
won't work as well....and can be worse.

Ok, ok, I trust you guys! alright, so a 75mm MAF for a stock 5.0 will
work for the SHO - as long as it's for the 19lb calibration, right?
well, assuming that's true, I have a few curious questions. Doesn't the
SHO have 24lb injectors? and if it does, would the curve for the 19lb
calibration not match the 24lb injector curve in the EEC? I'm just
wondering here... unless, of course, the extra injector size is offset
by the fact that the HO has 2 extra cylinders and 2.8 extra liters...

Now, just ignore everything I said cos I just read Mark's first post on
the matter. Based on what he said, the MAF for the 19lb/hr 5.0 will work
fine for the SHO? now, will that produce any power gains (over stock...
or that POS C&L that I have right now...)? and if so, how much - on
average - will it net? I already have a K&N and some cheap turbo
mufflers... not that I'm, uh, you know, interested or anything... :-P

good to know stuff. I'd take that 80mm MAF, but idunno how much an
adapter is or how/where to get one... meh. is that any better than the
Pro-M unit? cos the chrome looks really cool.......
