[Shotimes] Intermittent Defogger Fan

I've had the same thing occur a few times. It seems to happen right
after a wet spell followed by a sudden temp drop. I get no fan. My
suspicion is water or moisture getting into some electrical contact .
Usually after a while the fan comes on. Last time I drove to the mall
(about 10 minutes) fanless, then when I came out later it worked.
(thankfully!). There's probably some connector we can spray with silicon
but I don't know where it is. Any ideas people?
