Ring style is a flat round with a tower and a ring that slides over it.
the cup style is a female cup and a male that go together. I think I'll
be correct in saying Bruce Malchuck does the ring style and Bryan King
does the cup. I think Midwest sells the ring style to but don't quote me
on that.
I'm not going to get into the subframe distortion debate at all. But I
can tell you why I went with cup style bushings. I needed them ASAP and
CHEAP. At the time Bryan had them for 75.00 a set and Bruce was 125.00
and Bruce was out.so Bryan got my business and I had them 2 days later I
needed them 3 days before that.
