[Shotimes] Delrin or alum?

Once I had a set of police bushings for a Gen I in my hands 
right next to a set of "stock" bushings.  The difference? 
The "police" bushings were painted blue, other than that, 
ZERO difference.

Maybe a few years later they actually made some different 
bushings for the police cars, but nobody has shown me a set 
that can prove that yet.

The Gen 3 bushings seem to be an improvement for a street car.
