Maybe. But, I didn't drive the car very long with them installed, and
didn't do any kind of track work either. I doubt that the new bushings
will 'loosen up' all that much any time soon. Hell, the bushings on my
77k mile 99 still seem to be pretty good! Maybe once they get into the
six figure mileage plateau, there will be a difference, but I don't see
me putting another 100k on this car!
Again, if this was going to be a track car, I'd likely have left them in
place. But for a daily driver, the difference (that I can tell from this
point) isn't enough for me to deal with the noise.

Wait until they get a few miles on 'em. When you change old bushings for
the AL, the difference is quite pronounced.
