If they are closed, it certainly couldn't be the result of poor business  
practices................that was hard to write without laughing. If they take  
care of paying the phone bill the way they take care of customers, they  
probably "forgot" to pay the bill.
 
Thank your lucky "no longer in service", it will save you much aggravation  
down the road.
