Intermittent Stalling

Before my most recent problems, I would have to press the pedal to start the car. I replaced the starter this week and it started up great on first try. But then my intermittent stalling problem got worse and the SHO is not running at all now, pedal pumping or not.
As an update, we thought we had solved the intermittent stalling problem but it is unfortunately still here. We replaced the DIS, Computer, Coil pack, IRCM, CPS, starter, and key ignition switch. Jimmy tested the electrical system with a volt meter and we are not getting proper voltage to the coil pack. The lead on the coil pack for the PIP is getting improper voltage. We thought there was a bad connection at the DIS (where the ground is on the intake) but that didn't solve the problem either. All of the other connections on the coil pack are getting the proper voltage.
Any advice would be appreciated!!

The car should start without touching the gas pedal, and it
should start within just a few turns of the engine (one second?)
The only time I don't accomplish this is if I release the
key too soon, and then the engine is partly flooded, and it
takes a few more cranks to get it going.
Hard starting could be a cam sensor, or low fuel pressure.
My son's car was getting hard to start all the time, and it
was a bad pressure valve in the fuel pump in the tank made
worse by a bad crank sensor. Both replaced, the car is like
new again (as far as starting up!).
