[Shotimes] OT: allstate vs liberty mutual vs 21st century

Anyone have any experience with these companies? My
family is currently insured with allstate but my
sister is thinking of leaving Allstate for liberty
mutual or 21st century as they are much cheaper. I may
do the same if I can get a similar deal. I've never
had to file a claim with allstate so I don't know what
they are really like.

I pay ~$1200 full coverage on the SHO (1993) a year
with allstate. I am 25, unmarried. That's for NJ

Sister is 29, unmarried, lives in IL and drives a 96
Subaru Imprezza. I think she is paying close to 1G for
car insurance each year..I think..not sure.
