Also the engine must have at least 200-250 rpm while cranking to start with
the key. Any slower cranking speed and the PCM won't recognize this as a
start and won't cycle the injectors. The car might start anyway if there is
enough fuel in the intake. The MTX cars can be push started and have
additional PCM programming to allow this to happen. The engine is well under
the 200 rpm limit when push starting!
