[Shotimes] Help with stalling SHO

Steve, I will measure the TPS again, but it's not very old and I'm
typically careful to get them on correct and even adjust the idle TPS
voltage. Last I checked (a couple of months ago) the voltage was
fine, all the way up to 4.5VDC.

I thought about cleaning/reseating the LPM last night, but it was
late, and cold, and I just wanted to get the PCM reset so I could go
to bed!

George, I know. I count my blessings every night for the CPS to have
lasted this long. In fact, I'm furiously knocking on my wooden desk
right now ;^) I'll probably just buy a CPS to have on hand for when
(not if) it goes. Is there a good way to diagnose a bad CPS?
Obviously there's a 211 when it gets really bad, but like when my CID
went bad there was no 214 code for a long time.

The only other item that's original (that I fully expect to die any
day now) is the fuel pump. It's got a lot of years, miles, and
near-empty tanks working against it. Anybody think the pump could be
a possibility? Is there a way to test it, or do you just assume if
there's adequate fuel pressure at the Schraeder then it's okay?

Thanks for the help fellas,

Steve
