Good advice.  I'm really good with routine maintenance, but have never
considered a fuel pump as such.

I think it was Porter who repeatedly said that even if you don't
detect a problem with your old fuel pump installing a new one (even
OEM LPH) will feel like performance mod.

Guess it's time to replace mine.  Now I just have to decide whether to
drop the tank or cut an access panel.  Hmm.
