[Shotimes] Cold Starts

Remember the key to a CID problem is that it takes (or can take) multiple
try's of the key to get a start. If you keep cranking the engine over until
it starts then it is NOT a CID problem. The CID ONLY tells the ignition
which coil to fire. It does not have anything to do with how strong the
spark is. Same thing with the gas pedal. If you continuously crank the
engine and cycle the gas pedal and it starts then it is not the CID (cam
Sensor).
