[Shotimes] Low voltage light

The SHO has an internal regulator inside the alternator. I am not sure if
this can be repaired or not? The older alternators had the diodes out in the
open and you could unsolder the old and solder in the new after you took the
case apart.. Usually 6 diodes. 3 installed one way and the 3 installed the
other way.
