[Shotimes] Insurance claim: Looking for input.

Interesting.  They used that line too.  In other words, performanc
upgrades don't mean anything to the value of the car, which goes against
common sense.  I could have made those upgrades whether they were needed
or not, so I perceive the car to have higher value because of these
enhancements.
