This is a list that I keep in Word, and I just copy it over year to year,
updating as needed. It is nicely formatted in a Table in Word (which the
Text on this list won't allow). I haven't really 'tweaked" it for this year
yet, but you get the idea. I can privately send the Word doc to others who
are interested.
