[Shotimes] new info on track events for Convention

At Ron Porter's urging I have added some links to the convention main 
page to Putnam Park Raceway and to Indianapolis Raceway Park.  The 
Putnam site has a wealth of information, but frankly the IRP site 
sucks.  The track is great, just the web site is lacking basic information.

Anyway, I am including in everyone's convention packet information on a 
typical lap of Putnam Park so you can compare it to the track maps on 
the site and do some advance preparation and study.  Go to this site for
