If it is possible to get that in parts, PLEASE TELL ME HOW, I've never got
anywhere near that for a GEN I or GEN II.

I wrote this owner back and said:

Thanks for sending me this notice. I'm not interested in the car but maybe I
can give you some advice:

You have your sights set VERY high for the sale of this vehicle. I usually pay
about 3-5 hundred for wrecked SHOs and although your SHO seems to be superior
to most, you should be setting your sights somewhere south of $1,000.
