The one thing that you are missing is that in your examples, there is flow
involved and not just the flow that would be needed to fill up the vessel.
Once the vessel is pressurized to the maximum pressure, the flow stops and
doesn't start again until the pressure is increased or decreased or the
'stop' at the end of the vessel is removed/leaks.
