Yup, and if you are bleding the "conventional" way you can build a
bleeder can to do it by yourself (no having two people, one to pump
and one to open/close the bleeder.)

Take a empty 20oz (or similar) coke bottle and go buy a NPTY hose
barb. Drill a hole just big enough in the very bottom center and
thread the barb through the plastic. If you get the hole size right,
this can be quite a good seal. Take a piece if hose (clear stuff is
nice in this application) ans tick one end on the barb fitting. Put
the other end over the bleeder (this means that you sized the hose and
barb fitting according to the bleeder right?)

Put a zip tie around the neck or the bottle and hang it off of your
coil spring above the bleeder.

Pour some extra brake fluid in the bottle, enough that it fills up the
hose. Open the bleeder and pump for a while, checking the reservoir
to make sure it has enough fluid. Using the clear hose/bottle, you
can see when the dirty fluid is all flushed through, and when nice
clean fluid has arrived and filled you caliper. Quick and easy. The
point of the reservoir over the caliper is so that when you let off
the pedal, anything the caliper you suck back in will be brake fluid,
and not air.

Easy one man bleeding with no special tools. It helps after you put
the hose on and open th ebleedr to snap a pair of vice grips around
the bleeder nipple to keep the hose from popping off. Just did it
last night, and the hose popped of.. About 10 oz of brake fluid...
all over the floor. Doing the rears tonight with the same method.
