[Shotimes] New Compressor , All New Lines & Still NOT Cold!

I did'nt pay a penny, but still a $1,500.00 bill for
the warrantee co. and still not cold AC.
I was a little concerned when the Service Advisor told
me they were  "retesting it" for cold after it was 
back together. So they were having trouble with it
themselves. What could it be? Moisture, Air, or just
contaminents in the system? Maybe it should be flushed
out and start over. Here's the thing... they can't
tell me that it's working as well as it can, because,
just before the compressor blew, they charged it up
and put a leak die in it. I picked it up on a Friday,
2 weeks ago and the AC was COLDER than I have ever
felt it. It felt freezer cold. Now it's just cool
and so useless in the summer Florida sun, that I sweat
while driving in mid day heat. HELP!!!!
