[Shotimes] Upstate New York --- PLEASE HELP

Have you contacted the seller of the car? If you have
a copy of the ad, and they won't play ball, you may be
able to threaten them for misrepresentation. Whether
or not you want to honestly pursue that is up to
you...by threaten, I mean "legally", not bodily harm
or injury. :)

If this was an ebay purchase, you may have some
protection as well.
