I had trouble last summer with rough running in hot weather. I 
replaced both the crank and cam sensor (crank sensor had been 
replaced once before after a no-start episode, but the cam sensor had 
been original). No problems with stumbling since then.

Anyway, I think hot weather can contribute to the problem.
