[Shotimes] (OT) SLO trunk latch

the one on my 93 did the same thing.  It eventually would not latch or
unlatch worth a crap, and I just drove around with a bungee cord
inside the trunk holding it shut.  I drilled out the rivets and took
mine apart and cleaned it up.  All the bits just get really rusty
inside.  I put it back in w/o new rivets and it seems to work ok now,
but I know i will probably need a new one eventually.
