[Shotimes] shipping a used gas tank

Hit the UHaul store and buy some shrink wrap on a roll then get some 
moth balls. Wrap the tank in shrink wrap then fill the box with moth 
balls. If they catch the smell of gas they won't ship it anyway. And if 
you get enough of the smell out and they catch it then you've just 
shipped a Hazzardous Material without proper notification and 
placarding. The fine will be steep! So Wrap the whole tank and mothball it.
