   Assuming little or no rust, the pins just require a little juggling to get out.  What you need to do is push up on the strap until the eye through the strap lines up with the extraction holes on the body, then use a magnet to pull the pins.
   If rust is an issue, give up and get a new set; otherwise, you will likely see a sawzall in your future.
