[Shotimes] Moonroof relay stops motor at wrong spot...

Chris,

It's *probably* just the orientation of the motor/gear in relation to
the glass.  If you remove the overhead console you can take the motor
off (but leave it connected).  If you operate it a couple of times
each direction you'll realize what position it *thinks* it's in.  Now
you just have to get it reinstalled so it's in the same position as
the glass.

I had the same problem years and years ago when I had to replace my motor.
